Collection and use of information
We collect personal information upon request via the Contact Us form in the Contacts menu. Also, once approved in the registration process, you will receive a unique username and password that you will use to access your profile.
Sometimes we may use your personal information to send important notifications, such as important messages for changes in our terms and conditions. As this information is important for your interaction with the project page, you cannot opt out of receiving these messages.
This page stores information about your stay and actions taken for a period of 30 (thirty) days, as required by GDPR.
"Cookies" and other technologies
Sometimes we may use the services of a third-party agent (such as Google) to analyze statistics and combined data of our content and user base on the page. This summary is not personally identifiable and is only to improve functionality and availability. For this purpose, the third parties may use their cookies and / or pixel tags in the provision of their services. We explicitly emphasize that we do not have access to these cookies and cannot be held responsible for them.
We collect certain non-personally identifiable information and automatically store it in Log files. This information includes Internet protocol addresses, browser type, browser language, referring URL, forward and exit pages, operating system, accessible files, errors generated, and other visitor data. Once you leave the page, we do not follow you.
Privacy and security
The project partners restrict the access of their employees to personal information, and we allow such access only to those who have the right to process information in order to provide you with services or to fulfill their administrative duties. These employees are bound by the confidentiality obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Personal Data Protection Laws in the participating States and may be subject to disciplinary action and criminal prosecution if they fail to comply with those obligations. Any content you submit to us is not and will not be publicly available unless you voluntarily grant other users or the general public this opportunity. We will not view, share, use or distribute the content of your data without your prior permission, except as required by law.
Each of the project partners has physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. These safeguards help us prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure proper use of it, but there is no guarantee that your information and data will be protected from unauthorized access by third parties!
